NB: drop in classes or you can ring ahead and book. You do not need a mat, just some comfy clothes and a water bottle.

If you have specific health concerns please get in touch and talk them through with us, most of the time they will not be a problem and we can modify the exercises for you.

What is Pilates?

Pilates: Brilliant exercise to strengthen the body's "core muscles" the muscles that are deep to the spine that provide postural stability; decreasing back pain & promoting good posture. We only ask that pregnant ladies do not attend this class for their own safety, any other health conditions or concerns are more than welcome. Feel free to contact with any questions and we can explain how we would adapt certain exercises dependent on your health issues.

Flexibility: Incorporating a blend of yoga poses, static & dynamic stretching and utilising mobility tools like foam rollers, trigger balls etc.
